 Minister of Propaganda of Anhui province in China Mr. Cao Zhenghai visited Israel

 A six member delegation headed by the Minister of Propaganda of Anhui province in China Mr. Cao Zhenghai visited Israel.

During the visit Mr. Cao hosted the signature of an agreement for the establishment of a Digital Education Park in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, aiming to provide services to the educational market all across China, based on Israeli innovative technologies and methodologies.

The DE Park is an initiative of Wanxin Media – a large Chinese state-owned cultural enterprise based in Hefei, Wenba – a Digital Education company based in Shanghai & Shirat Enterprises -  a company with an extensive network of strategic agreements for the promotion of Israeli hi-tech companies in many major cities in China.

The list of honored guests attending the signing ceremony included Mr. Jie Cao – Chairman of Anhui Media, Mr. Eliezer Manor, Shirat Enterprises CEO, Mrs. Orit Noked, the former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Ran Cohen, former Minister of Industry and Trade and Mr. Itzhak Levit, the CEO of CDI Systems, the company that will leading the technology aspects of the DE Park deployment and implementation.

In a welcoming meeting in Jerusalem with Minister Gila Gamliel, she stressed that culture and rich heritage is the binding force between the two countries. Mrs. Gamliel also emphasized that the Prime Minister of Israel, Binyamin Netanyahu, is keen to take forward the relationship between Israel and China. In a counter- announcement, Mr. Cao said that China is also keenly extending its ties with Israel in numerous fields like high-tech, culture exchange and tourism.
