CIDP releases "The Equipment Manufacturing Industry Knowledge Resources Platform" at CIMES International Exhibition

JERUSALEM- July 6th 2014, CIDP Digital Technologies Co., Ltd, the joint venture between CIP -Chemical Industry Press in China- and CDI Systems launched "The Equipment Manufacturing Industry Knowledge Resources Platform" at CIMES International Exhibition in Beijing, China.

The platform, which is visible at http://www.digitalmechanical.com.cn/ holds 3 different parts:

1) Knowledge Units. This area offers units of content that have been especially created for the purpose of gathering content on a specific topic

2) 3D Mechanical Parts. In this section, users can have a look at the different mechanical parts they are interested in and view them under different options: The first option is 2D where there is a flat and precise representation of the part. The second option is 3D where users can view a 3 dimension representation of the part and last but not least, the third option is 3D+. In this last option, users can move the model around and check it in depth by turning it and zooming in.

The system also has a contextual engine that suggests complementary parts at the bottom of the page and invite the users to explore additional parts of the site.

3) Mechanical or engineering EBooks. In this category, users can purchase digital versions of the desired books and view them either on their PC or on a mobile device.

This platform is another successful implementation of NetIS- a unique and innovative online publishing platform focusing on the efficient and successful sale of premium content.

If you are interested in implementing a similar solution to handle the complexity of your engineering materials and to generate more sales from your content, please contact us at: http://www.cdisys.com/contact_us.html
