The Zalman Shazar Center for Jewish History's primary goal is to reinvigorate Jewish historical consciousness by making the treasures of Jewish history available to the general public. The Center is one of Israel's leading publisher of Jewish history, from monographs and collected essays to textbooks for high schools and historical novels for youth.

“There is no way to ignore the digital publishing world,” exclaimed the center’s director Mr. Yekutiel. “We have been looking at many companies that seem to have a platform to help us make the transition from print to digital, but only when we lifted up the hood and really looked inside, did it become obvious that CDI is in a class by itself!”

The center has already more than 300 books - including scholarly works, school textbooks and historical novels. The Center issues some ten new publications each year.

“We were very impressed that there is a complete end-to-end platform that addresses every component needed for converting into a safe and flexible digital world for selling our publications,” Talia said: “We think CDI’s search engine optimization (SEO) capabilities embedded in their technology will be a big plus for bringing traffic to our site.”

“Working with Shazar is more than just a client, it is a like working with a piece of history”, said CDI’s CEO Itzhak Levit.”
